SEASONAL Special: Curry Ramen
Created by Chinese-born executive chef Kate Dong. Strings' Curry Ramen begins with slow-simmered pork bone broth, teamed with Japanese curry, and Strings' own ramen noodles, made daily downstairs of our Chinatown location. From there, it's topped with slices of beef tongue, duck breast, scallions, red ginger, cabbage, wood ear mushrooms drizzled with chili oil.
A slightly different version, with filet mignon is offered at Strings' Lakeview location.
